Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, except bridal designs.

All orders are shipped from Kosovo using trusted international courier services such as DHL and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Europe: 1–3 business days
• Worldwide: 3–5 business days

Production timelines are separate from shipping timelines:
• Ready-to-order dresses: 1–2 weeks
• Made-to-order evening dresses: 3–6 weeks
• Bridal dresses: 3–6 months

Bridal Shipping Policy

Shipping for bridal designs is not included in the dress price. Once the gown is ready, a separate shipping invoice will be sent to the client prior to dispatch.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
