Returns & Exchanges

At HANA, we strive to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair return conditions.


All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by our team and must comply with the conditions outlined below.


Return Request Procedure

If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must submit a request within 2 days of receiving your order.

Requests can be made:

  • Through our website via the Request a Return form, or
  • By contacting one of our sales agents


Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive written confirmation regarding approval and further instructions.


Return Conditions

If a return request is approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Non-Refundable Costs

In the event a return is approved, please note that shipping costs (both original and return), customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the client

Non-Returnable Items

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Custom-made and made-to-measure items
  • Dresses customized in size, color, or design
  • Sale items


These items are created specifically for each client or offered under special conditions and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
