All orders are shipped from Kosovo using trusted international courier services such as DHL and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- Worldwide: 3–5 business days
Production timelines are separate from shipping timelines and usually follow the estimates below:
- Ready-to-order dresses: 1–2 weeks
- Made-to-order evening dresses: 3–6 weeks
- Bridal dresses: 3–6 months
In rare cases where a specific design requires additional production time beyond these standard estimates, our team will contact you within 48 hours of order confirmation with an updated timeline.
If the revised timeline is not convenient, you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
Bridal Shipping Notice
Shipping costs for bridal designs are not included in the dress price. Once the gown is ready, a separate shipping invoice will be sent prior to dispatch. For an estimate at any time, clients are welcome to contact us.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
